Chicago · Podcast Production

You bring the voice.
We shape the show.

A podcast producer does more than hold the mic. MeMe Wallace helps turn your idea into a show with a clear format, prepared guests, considered edits, and a plan for getting it into listeners’ hands.

The process

A plan before
pressing record.

Your consultation starts with your topic, audience, current setup, and the support you need. Deliverables and timing are agreed together.

  1. Define the show

Talk through the concept, format, audience, scope, and budget. Decide whether you need a launch partner or ongoing episode support.

  2. Prepare the conversation

Build an episode plan, research and book guests, and prepare the recording workflow.

  3. Record & refine

Capture the conversation, edit for clarity, and review the episode together before approval.

  4. Publish with a plan

Package the approved episode with notes and distribution support, then map the next recording.
